Support Group

Is a safe, confidential, and welcoming space where people who are experiencing similar challenges can come together to share, listen, and support one another. In this group, participants navigating grief, loss, or a difficult life transition will have the opportunity to connect with others who understand what they are going through, guided by a supportive and compassionate environment.

Grief & Loss Support Group

A grief and loss support group is a safe, confidential, and supportive space where individuals can come together to share their experiences of loss and life transitions. It is a place guided by empathy, respect, and understanding, where participants can feel less alone in their journey and find comfort through connection with others who are going through similar experiences.

This group is designed for people who are coping with different types of loss, including:

  • The death of a loved one (family member, friend, or partner)

  • Separation or divorce

  • The loss of a pet

  • Significant life changes that bring emotional pain or grief

  • Feelings of sadness, emptiness, or difficulty adjusting after a loss

The group provides an opportunity to share, listen, and receive emotional support, as well as learn healthy coping tools to navigate the grieving process at your own pace. No prior experience in support groups is needed—only a willingness to be in a respectful and supportive environment.

Grupo de apoyo de amor propio

El amor propio es la capacidad de reconocerse, valorarse y tratarse con respeto, empatía y cuidado, incluso en momentos de dificultad. Este proceso implica aprender a establecer límites saludables, mejorar la autoconfianza y construir una relación más positiva con uno mismo.

Este grupo está dirigido a personas que pueden estar experimentando:

  • Baja autoestima o autocrítica constante

  • Dificultad para establecer límites personales

  • Inseguridad en relaciones personales o sociales

  • Sentimientos de culpa, vergüenza o insuficiencia

  • Deseo de fortalecer la confianza y el bienestar emocional

A través del apoyo grupal, la escucha activa y la conexión con otras personas en procesos similares, los participantes tienen la oportunidad de sentirse acompañados, comprendidos y motivados en su camino hacia el crecimiento personal.

No es necesario tener experiencia previa en grupos de apoyo. Solo se requiere apertura, respeto y el deseo de trabajar en uno mismo dentro de un entorno seguro y de apoyo.
